Read the attached Class Outline

Print and fill out the required information in the attached registration form and agreement for school rules and policies.

Drop off the forms and payments at the JACC office (150 Cedar Rd) on the following dates and times:

Thursday, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24 @ 1 - 3pm

Friday, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8 @ 4 - 6 pm
